1. Digital Product Notice

All items sold by Shark Development are digital goods. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to the files.
Because of this, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds Policy

Shark Development has a strict No Refunds Policy.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

• No chargebacks or payment reversals may be initiated

• No compensation will be provided for issues caused by third-party scripts, server configurations, or user error

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accidental purchases

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incompatibility with your server setup

• Lack of experience installing or configuring scripts

If you experience issues, our support team will assist with installation and troubleshooting related to our products.

3. Product Usage & Restrictions

All scripts are for personal/server use only.
You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Leak

• Share

• Claim the product as your own

Any violation will result in removal of access and potential blacklist from our store.

4. Support & Updates

Support is provided for problems directly related to Shark Development products.
We do not guarantee compatibility with modified frameworks, outdated files, or conflicting resources.
Updates are released at our discretion.

5. Changes to Terms

Shark Development may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products or store means you agree to any updated terms.
